 1                    AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1340

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 1340,  AS  AMENDED,
 3    in  Section  5,  Sec.  8.07,  subsection  (b),  the  sentence
 4    beginning  "The task force shall report", by replacing "April
 5    1, 2001" with "January 1, 2002"; and

 6    in Section 5, Sec. 8.07, subsection (c), by  replacing  "July
 7    1, 2001" with "July 1, 2002".
