 1        AN ACT to amend the Children's Health  Insurance  Program
 2    Act by adding Section 22.

 3        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 4    represented in the General Assembly:

 5        Section 5.  The Children's Health Insurance  Program  Act
 6    is amended by adding Section 22 as follows:

 7        (215 ILCS 106/22 new)
 8        Sec.  22.   Enrollment  in program.  The Department shall
 9    develop  procedures  to   allow   youth   service   agencies,
10    employers,  labor  unions,  local  chambers  of commerce, and
11    religious organizations to assist in  enrolling  children  in
12    the Program.

13        Section  99.  Effective  date. This Act takes effect upon
14    becoming law.
