 1        AN ACT concerning gifts to  employees  and  officials  of
 2    units of local government and school districts.

 3        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 4    represented in the General Assembly:

 5        Section 1.  Short title.  This Act may be  cited  as  the
 6    Local Gift Ban Act.
