 1                    AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1505

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 1505  by  replacing
 3    everything after the enacting clause with the following:

 4        "Section  5.   The  Probation  Challenge  Program  Act is
 5    amended by changing Section 6 as follows:

 6        (730 ILCS 120/6) (from Ch. 38, par. 1506)
 7        Sec.  6.  Utilization  of  facilities.   To  the  fullest
 8    extent  practicable,  the  Board  shall   provide   for   the
 9    utilization  of  the  facilities of community colleges within
10    each  county  having  a  population  of  2,000,000  or   more
11    inhabitants in the administration of this Act.
