 1                    AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1511

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 1511,  AS  AMENDED,
 3    in subsection (d) of Sec. 111-3 of Section 5, by deleting "or
 4    provide written notification,"; and

 5        in  subsection  (d)  of  Sec.  111-3  of  Section  5,  by
 6    inserting after "amendment" the following:
 7    "or a written notification made in accordance with subsection
 8    (c-5) of this Section".
