 1        AN ACT making appropriations to the Department  of  State
 2    Police.

 3        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 4    represented in the General Assembly:

 5        Section 5.  The sum of $2, or so much of that  amount  as
 6    may  be necessary, is appropriated to the Department of State
 7    Police for the study of police issues.
