 1                    AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1622

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 1622,  AS  AMENDED,
 3    with  reference herein to the page and line numbers of Senate
 4    Amendment No. 2, on page 2 by replacing  lines  6  through  9
 5    with the following:
 6        "(a)  An insurer that issues, delivers, amends, or renews
 7    an   individual  or  group  policy  of  accident  and  health
 8    insurance  in  this  State  more  than  120  days  after  the
 9    effective date of this amendatory Act  of  the  91st  General
10    Assembly must offer to the applicant or policyholder".
