1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1713
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 1713 as follows:
3 on page 1, line 25, by replacing "than" with the following:
4 "than (A) for fiscal year 2000, the Supplemental Security
5 Income maximum income level (which for 1999 is equal to the
6 Supplemental Security Income payment level of $500 per month
7 plus a $20 per month income disregard) and (B) for fiscal
8 year 2001 and thereafter,"; and
9 on page 2, line 3, by replacing "than" with the following:
10 "than (A) for fiscal year 2000, the Supplemental Security
11 Income maximum income level (which for 1999 is equal to the
12 Supplemental Security Income payment level of $500 per month
13 plus a $20 per month income disregard) and (B) for fiscal
14 year 2001 and thereafter,".
