 1        AN ACT to amend the Senior Citizens and Disabled  Persons
 2    Property  Tax  Relief  and  Pharmaceutical  Assistance Act by
 3    changing Section 1.

 4        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 5    represented in the General Assembly:

 6        Section  5.   The  Senior  Citizens  and Disabled Persons
 7    Property Tax Relief  and  Pharmaceutical  Assistance  Act  is
 8    amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

 9        (320 ILCS 25/1) (from Ch. 67 1/2, par. 401)
10        Sec. 1.  Short title. This Act Article shall be known and
11      may  be  cited as the "Senior Citizens and Disabled Persons
12    Property Tax Relief and Pharmaceutical  Assistance  Act".  As
13    used in this Article, "this Act" means this Article.
