 2        AMENDMENT NO. ____.  Amend House Bill 1839,  on  page  2,
 3    lines  28  and  29,  by  deleting "or an employee of a foster
 4    family home"; and

 5    on page 2, lines 30  and  31,  by  replacing  "Department  of
 6    Family  Services"  with  "Department  of  Children and Family
 7    Services".
