 1                    AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1915

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 1915 on page  1  by
 3    replacing line 7 with the following:
 4        "Sec.  14.  (a)  A Every title insurance company, a title
 5    insurance agent, and an every"; and

 6    on page 1, line 27, by changing "0.10%" to "0.25%"; and

 7    on  page  3,  line  24,  by  changing  "insurers"  to  "title
 8    insurance companies and all title insurance agents".
