 1                    AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1936

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 1936  by  replacing
 3    the title with the following:
 4        "AN  ACT to amend the Illinois Income Tax Act by changing
 5    Section 101."; and

 6    by replacing everything after the enacting  clause  with  the
 7    following:

 8        "Section  5.   The  Illinois Income Tax Act is amended by
 9    changing Section 101 as follows:

10        (35 ILCS 5/101) (from Ch. 120, par. 1-101)
11        Sec. 101. Short Title. This Act shall be known and may be
12    cited as the "Illinois Income Tax Act."
