 1                    AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2036

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 2036 on page 3,  by
 3    replacing lines 5 and 6 with the following:
 4        "(h)  The collection and distribution of funds under this
 5    Act promotes equal justice, is in"; and

 6    on page 3, line 9, by deleting "fees and other"; and

 7    on page 16, by deleting lines 23 through 32; and

 8    by deleting pages 17 through 22; and

 9    on page 23, by deleting lines 1 through 21.
