 1        AN ACT in regard to economic development.

 2        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section 5.  The Civil Administrative Code of Illinois  is
 5    amended by changing Section 46.5 as follows:

 6        (20 ILCS 605/46.5) (from Ch. 127, par. 46.5)
 7        Sec.  46.5  Encourage growth of existing industries.   To
 8    encourage the growth and expansion of industries now existing
 9    within the State by providing comprehensive business services
10    and promoting interdepartmental cooperation for assistance to
11    industries.
