 1                    AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2255

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill  2255  on  page  1,
 3    lines  21  through  23,  by  replacing  ",  the Tax Increment
 4    Allocation Redevelopment Act (Article 11,  Division  74.4  of
 5    the  Illinois Municipal Code)" with ","; and

 6    on  page  1,  lines  29  and  30,  by  deleting "or under the
 7    Illinois Enterprise Zone Loan Act"; and

 8    on page 2, line 30 by inserting "and apprenticeship  programs
 9    approved   by   the  U.S.  Department  of  Labor,  Bureau  of
10    Apprenticeship and Training" after "training".
