 1        AN  ACT  to  amend  the  Illinois State Collection Act of
 2    1986.

 3        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 4    represented in the General Assembly:

 5        Section  5.  The Illinois State Collection Act of 1986 is
 6    amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

 7        (30 ILCS 210/1) (from Ch. 15, par. 151)
 8        Sec. 1.  Short title.   This Act shall be known  and  may
 9    be cited as the "Illinois State Collection Act of 1986".
