 1                    AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2355

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 2355,  on  page  9,
 3    after line 33 by inserting the following:

 4        "(13)  the  movement  shall be valid only on state routes
 5    approved by the Department."
