 1                    AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2402

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 2402,  by  deleting
 3    everything  after  the  enacting clause and replacing in lieu
 4    thereof the following:

 5        "Section 1.  The amount of $254,300, or so  much  thereof
 6    as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue
 7    Fund  to  the East St. Louis Financial Advisory Authority for
 8    the  operating  expenses  of  the  City  of  East  St.  Louis
 9    Financial Advisory Authority.

10        Section 99.  Effective date.  This Act  takes  effect  on
11    July 1, 1999.".
