2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 1. The following named amounts, or so much
5 thereof as may be necessary, are appropriated from the
6 General Revenue Fund to the Illinois State and Local Labor
7 Relations Board for the objects and purposes hereinafter
8 named:

25 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect on
26 July 1, 1999.
