1 AN ACT making appropriations.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 1. The following named sums, or so much thereof
5 as may be necessary, respectively, for the objects and
6 purposes hereinafter named, are appropriated to meet the
7 ordinary and contingent expenses of the Department of Labor:

12 Section 5. In addition to any other funds appropriated
13 for that purpose, the sum of $202,400 is appropriated from
14 the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Labor for all
15 costs associated with conducting the study mandated by P.A.
16 87-405, regarding the employment progress of women and
17 minorities.
18 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect on
19 July 1, 1999.
