 1                    AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2518

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill  2518  by  deleting
 3    lines 11 and 12 and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

 4        "Section 99.  Effective date.  This Act takes effect upon
 5    becoming law.".
