 1        AN  ACT  to  amend  the Women's Business Ownership Act by
 2    repealing Section 20.

 3        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 4    represented in the General Assembly:

 5        (20 ILCS 705/20 rep.)
 6        Section 5.  The Women's Business Ownership Act is amended
 7    by repealing Section 20.

 8        Section  99.  Effective date.  This Act takes effect upon
 9    becoming law.
