 1        AN ACT to amend the Board  of  Higher  Education  Act  by
 2    adding Section 9.29.

 3        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 4    represented in the General Assembly:

 5        Section 5.  The Board of Higher Education Act is  amended
 6    by adding Section 9.29 as follows:

 7        (110 ILCS 205/9.29 new)
 8        Sec. 9.29.  Credit for occupational service program.  The
 9    Board  shall  develop  a  program  to  allow a person to earn
10    college credit for occupational service.
