 1        AN  ACT to create the "Safe" Drop-off Places for Unwanted
 2    Babies Act.

 3        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 4    represented in the General Assembly:

 5        Section  1.   Short  title.  This Act may be cited as the
 6    "Safe" Drop-off Places for Unwanted Babies  Act.
