 1                    AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2997

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 2997 as follows:

 3    on page 1, lines 16 and 17, by replacing "State licensed real
 4    estate appraiser," with "State certified general real  estate
 5    appraiser  or  a  State  certified  residential  real  estate
 6    appraiser,"; and

 7    on  page  1,  line  23, by replacing "the State licensed real
 8    estate appraiser" with  "the  State  certified  general  real
 9    estate  appraiser  or State certified residential real estate
10    appraiser"; and

11    on page 1, line 25, by replacing  "the  State  licensed  real
12    estate  appraiser's"  with  "the State certified general real
13    estate appraiser's or the State  certified  residential  real
14    estate appraiser's"; and

15    on  page 2, lines 17 and 18, by replacing "the State licensed
16    real estate appraiser" with "the State certified general real
17    estate appraiser or State certified residential  real  estate
18    appraiser".
