 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill  3054  on  page  1,
 3    line  18,  on  page  2,  line  27,  and  on page 3, line 6 by
 4    changing "private" each time it appears to "private"; and

 5    on page 1, lines 21, 22, 23, 25, and 27 and on page  2,  line
 6    17 by deleting "private" each time it appears.
