 1                    AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3082

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill  3082  on  page  1,
 3    line 25 by inserting after "Act." the following:
 4    "For purposes of this subsection (b-5), an authorized package
 5    includes  a  package previously authorized under the Illinois
 6    Hazardous Materials Transportation Act.".
