 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 3205 as follows:

 3    on page 1, lines 19 through 20 and 21 through 22, by deleting
 4    "as defined in subsection (m) of Section 5-16.3" each time it
 5    appears; and

 6    on page 10, by deleting all of line 33; and

 7    on  page  11,  by  replacing  lines  1  through  3  with  the
 8    following: "The".
