 1                    AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3223

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 3223 as follows:

 3    on page 1, by replacing lines 1 and 2 with the following:
 4        "AN ACT to amend the Clerks of  Courts  Act  by  changing
 5    Section 27.2a."; and

 6    on page 1, by deleting lines 5 through 31; and

 7    by deleting pages 2 through 8; and

 8    on page 9, by deleting lines 1 through 32; and

 9    on  page  10,  line  30,  by  replacing "administration" with
10    "administrative".
