 1                    AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3457

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill  3457  on  page  1,
 3    line 22, after "structure,", by inserting "or"; and

 4    on page 1, line 26, by replacing "or" with "or"; and

 5    on page 1, line 27, by replacing "is" with "is"; and

 6    on  page 2, line 1, after "vegetation", by inserting "or by a
 7    road or structure, unless within  a  home  rule  municipality
 8    with  a  population  over  500,000  where  such materials are
 9    considered waste".
