 1                    AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3465

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 3465, on page 1, by
 3    replacing lines 29 and 30 with the following:
 4        "(d) Sentence.
 5             (1)  A violation of subsection (a)  or  (a-5)  is  a
 6        Class A misdemeanor.
 7             (2)   A   person   who,   by  any  means,  knowingly
 8        disseminates or  permits  the  dissemination  to  another
 9        person  of  a videotape, photograph, or film in violation
10        of subsection (a)  or  (a-5)  is  guilty  of  a  Class  4
11        felony.".
