 1        AN  ACT  concerning  abandoned  commercial and industrial
 2    property.

 3        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 4    represented in the General Assembly:

 5        Section  1.  Short  title.   This Act may be cited as the
 6    Abandoned Commercial and  Industrial  Property  Redevelopment
 7    Act.
