 1                    AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3548

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 3548 as follows:

 3    on page 3, line 16, by deleting "currently"; and

 4    on page 38, after line 29, by inserting the following:

 5        "(405 ILCS 5/1-114.2 rep.)
 6        (405 ILCS 5/1-114.3 rep.)
 7        (405 ILCS 5/1-114.4 rep.)
 8        (405 ILCS 5/1-114.5 rep.)
 9        (405 ILCS 5/3-601.1 rep.)
10        Section  11.  The   Mental   Health   and   Developmental
11    Disabilities  Code  is amended by repealing Sections 1-114.2,
12    1-114.3, 1-114.4, 1-114.5, and 3-601.1.".
