 1                    AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3939

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 3939,  AS  AMENDED,
 3    with  reference  to  the  page  and  line  numbers  of Senate
 4    Amendment No. 2, on page 5 by replacing lines 8  and  9  with
 5    the following:
 6    "$35,000,000  in  January, 2001, (ii) $35,000,000 in January,
 7    2002, and (iii) $35,000,000 in January, 2003.".
