 1        AN ACT concerning  a  comprehensive  anticipatory  design
 2    science center.

 3        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 4    represented in the General Assembly:

 5        Section 1.  Short title.  This Act may be  cited  as  the
 6    Comprehensive Anticipatory Design Science Center Act.

 7        Section   5.  Creation.   There  is  hereby  created  the
 8    Comprehensive Anticipatory Design Science Center, which shall
 9    be an institution located at the former Parks College  campus
10    site in Cahokia, Illinois.
