 1                    AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4043

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill  4043  on  page  1,
 3    line 19, by replacing "$2,000 $1000" with "$1000"; and

 4    on  page  1, line 20, by replacing "for each violation; each"
 5    with "for a first each violation within  a  12-month  period,
 6    $1,500  for  a second violation within a 12-month period, and
 7    $2,500 for a third or subsequent violation within a  12-month
 8    period. ; Each"; and

 9    on page 1, line 21, by replacing "$20,000" with "$15,000".
