 1                    AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4182

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 4182,  AS  AMENDED,
 3    in Section 5, Sec. 1, the paragraph that begins "Each trustee
 4    shall  be  governed"  by  replacing  the sentence that begins
 5    "However, it shall be a conflict" with the following:
 6    "However, it shall be a conflict of interest  for  a  student
 7    trustee to vote on faculty member tenure or promotion.".
