 1        AN ACT in relation to executive agencies.

 2        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section  5.  The Civil Administrative Code of Illinois is
 5    amended by changing Section 1710-1 as follows:

 6        (20 ILCS 1710/1710-1)
 7        Sec. 1710-1.  Article  Short  Title  short  title.   This
 8    Article  1710  of  the Administrative Code of Illinois may be
 9    cited as the Department of Human Services (Mental Health  and
10    Developmental Disabilities) Law.
