 1                    AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4341

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill  4341  on  page  3,
 3    line 4, after "record", by inserting "or records"; and

 4    on  page  3,  line 5, after "copied", by inserting ", or that
 5    the public body has otherwise  failed  to  comply  with  this
 6    Act,"; and

 7    on  page  3,  by  replacing  lines  8  through  12  with  the
 8    following:
 9    "the  Act, including reasonable attorney's fees.  An award of
10    attorney's fees and costs shall include attorney's  fees  and
11    costs associated with work on an appeal.".
