1 AN ACT making appropriations.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 ARTICLE 1
5 Section 1. The following named amounts, or so much
6 thereof as may be necessary, respectively, are appropriated
7 for the objects and purposes hereinafter named, to meet the
8 ordinary and contingent expenses of the Illinois Planning
9 Council on Developmental Disabilities:
10 Payable from Planning Council on Developmental
11 Disabilities Federal Fund:

13 For Employee Retirement Contributions

15 For State Contributions to the State

20 For Contractual Services ..................... 469,700
21 For Travel ................................... 43,000
22 For Commodities .............................. 30,000
23 For Printing ................................. 37,500

27 For Costs Associated with the

30 Section 2. The amount of $2,500,000, or so much thereof

1 as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Planning
2 Council on Developmental Disabilities Federal Fund to the
3 Illinois Planning Council on Developmental Disabilities for
4 awards and grants to community agencies and other State
5 agencies.
6 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July
7 1, 2000.
