 1                    AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4628

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 4628 on page  3  by
 3    replacing lines 12 through 14 with the following:
 4    "the customer provided the electric utility does not charge a
 5    fee  for  the  installation or use of the meters in excess of
 6    that permitted by the Commission.".
