 1                     AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 7

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 7, on page 1, line
 3    8, by replacing "Presence" with "Approaching, contacting,  or
 4    communicating with a child"; and

 5    on  page  1,  line  13,  by  inserting  after  "grounds"  the
 6    following:
 7    "and  to approach, contact, or communicate with a child under
 8    18 years of age"; and

 9    on  page  1,  line  20,  by  inserting  after  "grounds"  the
10    following:
11    "and to approach, contact, or communicate with a child  under
12    18 years of age".
