 1                     AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 22

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 22,  by  replacing
 3    everything after the enacting clause with the following:

 4        "Section   1.    In   addition   to   any   other  amount
 5    appropriated, the amount of $30,000,000, or so  much  thereof
 6    as   may  be  necessary,  is  appropriated  from  the  School
 7    Infrastructure Fund to  the  State  Board  of  Education  for
 8    payment to the School Technology Revolving Loan Fund.

 9        Section  99.  Effective date.  This Act takes effect upon
10    becoming law.".
