 1        AN ACT in relation to the Department of Agriculture.

 2        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section  5.  The Civil Administrative Code of Illinois is
 5    amended by changing Section 40 as follows:

 6        (20 ILCS 205/40) (from Ch. 127, par. 40)
 7        Sec. 40.  Powers of the Department of Agriculture.    The
 8    Department  of  Agriculture  has  the  powers  enumerated  in
 9    Sections 40.1 through 40.45.
