 1                    AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 149

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill  149  on  page  2,
 3    line  1,  by  inserting  ",  but  not  be  limited to," after
 4    "include"; and

 5    on page  2,  line  2,  by  inserting  after  "building."  the
 6    following:
 7    "Health care facilities are presumed to meet the requirements
 8    of  this paragraph if the facilities are staffed with medical
 9    or nursing personnel 24 hours per day and if  an  alternative
10    means  of  providing  information  about  the  source  of  an
11    emergency call exists.".
