 1        AN ACT making appropriations to the Office of  the  State
 2    Fire Marshal.

 3        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 4    represented in the General Assembly:

 5        Section 5.  The amount of $57,500, or  so  much  of  that
 6    amount  as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General
 7    Revenue Fund to the Office of the State Fire  Marshal  for  a
 8    grant  to  the  Tamms  Volunteer Fire Department for fire and
 9    safety equipment.

10        Section 99.  Effective date.  This Act  takes  effect  on
11    July 1, 1999.
