 1                    AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 330

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 330 on page 4,  by
 3    replacing lines 5 through 8 with the following:
 4             "(18)  the   defendant   was  a  federally  licensed
 5        firearm  dealer  and  was  previously  convicted   of   a
 6        violation  of  subsection (a) of Section 3 of the Firearm
 7        Owners Identification Card Act  and  is  convicted  of  a
 8        felony  violation  of  the  Firearm Owners Identification
 9        Card Act or armed violence while armed with a firearm.".
