 1                    AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 349

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 349, on  page  11,
 3    line 33, after the period, by inserting the following:
 4    "This  Section  does  not  apply  to  a  supervised financial
 5    organization or a  parent,  subsidiary,  or  affiliate  of  a
 6    supervised financial organization until July 1, 2001."; and

 7    on  page  12,  line  2, by replacing "and (e)" with "(e), and
 8    (f)"; and

 9    on page 13, below line 21, by inserting the following:
10        "(f)  This  Section  does  not  apply  to  a   supervised
11    financial  organization or a parent, subsidiary, or affiliate
12    of a supervised financial organization.".
