 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 353 as follows:

 3    on page 3, line 18, after "to the", by inserting "legal"; and

 4    on  page  3,  line  18,  after  "voters",  by  inserting  the
 5    following:
 6    "of the territory proposed to be detached".
