 1                    AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 359

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill  359  on  page  1,
 3    line 16, by changing "Five" to "Nine"; and

 4    on  page  1  by  inserting  immediately  below  line  25  the
 5    following:
 6                  "(E)  Four  persons  at  the  discretion of the
 7             Governor.".
